  20. OWL was an optional extra with Borland C++ v3. If you didn't pay for it, you don't 
  21. have it!

  23. On the other hand, maybe when you installed you didn't ask for OWL to be installed 
  24. (my 3.1 came w/out OWL, so I don't really know if you install without it if you 
  25. have it)
